Should this work already? Wasn't there some posts on Sage devel that
for some reason upgrade to 3.1.3 or 3.1.4 was a problem?
I tried a minute ago, and an upgrade (starting with 3.1.2) failed,
since "make" claimed that there is nothing to do.
