Ok, your CPU does not have pni (Prescott New Instruction, aka SSE3 -
see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SSE3), but the sage script that
checks the flags seems to either ignore this or somehow gets confused.
Either way, this looks like a bug and I will poke around and open a
ticket once I am less zombi-ish and get some sleep.
To fix this just the system's ATLAS in case you have dynamic versions
of the libs of ATLAS 3.8.x - see the FAQ for details.
