Thanks for your help. The reason I inquired was because I recently installed
Sage on my Windows laptop and since then Windows has been failing to start,
which is sometimes suggestive of (among other things) a software
compatibility issue...looking back, I think it's possible I may have
carelessly installed the VMWare Player for 32-bit windows as opposed to the
version for the 64-bit platform, so this may have been the problem...of
course, this may all have just been a coincidence.
