Perhaps someone can confirm this, but I would think that the binary http://www.sagemath.org/bin/linux/64bit/sage-3.2.3-Ubuntu8.04LTS-64bit-Intel-x86_64-Linux.tar.gz
would work. There is also the option to install from source, which really isn't much harder; admittedly it takes longer but then its easier to upgrade. -M.
