I'm using OS X and I just brought sagemath.org
up on my computer and took a screen shot.  Use Google to figure
out how to take a screenshot in your operating system.

Or, are you asking how I embed a screenshot in the sage notebook?
If so, go to

    Data --> Upload or create file

then select an image, say foo.png, then refer to that image in HTML in
your sage worksheet, using
   <img src="foo.png">
