Absolutely :)

It is required to point out that 3.3 has taken somewhat longer than
planned, but that we are finally knocking out all the blockers this
weekend it seems. A factor here is that 3.4 will see the switch of the
documentation to ReST, so many people with patches are now trying to
get them in before the deadline since 3.4 will break a lot of outside
code intended for the library. We have been warning people about the
switch for more than two months now, but it seems that one it really
happens a last minute push is coming. In itself this isn't bad, but
for stabilization work this can be distracting.
Due to those unusual circumstances the public notebooks as well as the
default binary on sage.math & friends are all running some form of
3.3.alphaX or 3.3.rc0, so in fact a lot of people have already
switched.
Note that in general if you want to follow development it helps a lot
to be subscribed to sage-devel since that is where the announcements
go since it isn't customary that non-devs run unreleased Sage builds
even though in most cases even Sage x.y+1.[z].alphaX is less buggy
than Sage x.y.[z] with the exception being a dev version that doesn't
build on some machines for example which happens on occasion, but for
support purposes people who do not do development ought to stick to
stable releases unless pointed out otherwise. It is fun living on the
edge, but there is always the danger of getting burned :).
Cheers,
Michael
