Hi,
Sorry for the late reply, things have been crazy and since I talked to
you in IRC and suggested you post to sage-support my wisdom has been
exhausted.

I am not sure if this is going to help or not, but the jsmath you are
using has known problems with the FF3 security model at least in some
cases and Sage 3.3 will contain an updated version of jsmath that
works well with FF3.
Do you have any other browsers on the machine you could test to see if
it makes a difference? Other than that I know too little to give any
pointers since I do not run Fedora Core any more. Are there any other
websites where jsmath is used and it works for you? How about the Sage
wiki at wiki.sagemath.org since it also uses jsmath.
Cheers,
Michael
