Tank you very much, William! This both solved the mystery for me, and
also showed me that I can't use this package anyway. I didn't expect
that, since other packages I installed took care of the existing
hardware too, but it is as it is in this case.

BTW, does anything else remain on the harddisk after deleting the sage
folder?

That would be really nice, but if it takes too much time I can also
understand if nobody does it.
