Those links won't work by themselves (no hostname). I think it's because sagenb is started up with address='', which means (I think) that the public notebook does not know its own hostname (at least, it doesn't know what hostname to use). It's annoying, but you could open up the worksheets and copy the URL from the browser address bar instead.
