I am trying to construct explicit equations for del Pezzo surfaces, i.e. blow-ups of the projective plane at certain points. I have had a look already at the sage manual and couldnt find anything, however I thought I best ask before giving up totally. Can sage:
1. Construct blow ups of the projective plane at certain points. 2. Embed these into projective space via the maps associated to certain ample divisors. Or maybe something like singular can do this through sage? Thanks alot for the help!
