Unfortunately, no, there are no such up-to-date archives.  Also, we
don't currently have any way to create "as generic as possible"
binaries of Sage, as you want above.   There has been work on a
SAGE_FAT_BINARY flag to make it possible to build generic binaries on
any computer, but it doesn't work sufficiently well yet.
