There's an android app called handycalc that can do basic things like this. There's also an rpn calculator, but I don't think it can do plots. There may be other apps that can. One other thing with the android browser is that it doesn't have a java plug-in, so you can't do 3d plots in the sage notebook. Hopefully this is something that will change.
