hello, I've seen a topic on this issue regarding integrals, with a ticket that apparently is closed in the meantime. I do see the problem still appearing in 4.1 for - in this case - the sqrt symbol. Tried Mac OSX and on-line Sage.
Simple examples: When I type a simple "sqrt(2)" I do get it typeset correctly with the square root symbol. But if I do a "solve(x^2-2,x)", I get: [x==-sqrt(2), x==sqrt(2)] It is typeset in the sense that it uses the Latex fonts, but no sqrt symbols are used.
