I tried using the function list_plot3d to visualize a 2d matrix, but it doesn't seem to work. I tried it with both a numpy array and a sage matrix and in both cases the Jmol applet loads but then all I see is a white box. Right clicking gives the contextual menu, but none of the options seem to do anything.
