If one enters in Maxima (The windows version). 'integrate(x,x) it produces the integral x dx. Does not calculate. So, what I am asking how do I do this in Sage? I have tried maxima.'integrate(x,x) and many other combinations but they all produce a syntax error. How do I do it in Sage?
