Hi, do you know that there is R inside Sage? An example right from
sagenb.org:
import rpy2.robjects as robjects
data = robjects.IntVector([44,55,56,14*2])
ttest = robjects.r['t.test']
print ttest(data)
gives:
One Sample t-test
data: c(44L, 55L, 56L, 28L)
t = 7.0263, df = 3, p-value = 0.005922
alternative hypothesis: true mean is not equal to 0
95 percent confidence interval:
25.02843 66.47157
sample estimates:
mean of x
45.75
