For potential efficiency reasons, it's not enabled by default except
by notebook servers serving on localhost.    There is an option to
enable it, but I don't have time to look it up now.

It may be safe for me to enable this on sagenb.org itself at this
point, due to some optimizations I've done.  I'll look into it when I
have time.

Just upload a zip archive of Sage worksheets to upload all worksheets
in the archive.
