Well there were hours of downtime with sagenb.org yesterday, so don't
trust the admin :-).
Seriously, I tried to upgrade in place the sage install that
sagenb.org uses.  That was stupid.
I'm now (currently) building a new sage install and in the future I'm
going to upgrade one, then
switch to it after I test it. Then upgrade the other and switch back
(in two weeks).
