Are openMPI and MPI4PY included in the SAGE distribution?

I see MPI4PY mentioned here:

Also, this blog
http://www.sagemath.org/doc/numerical_sage/mpi4py.html
says that openMPI is included when you install SAGE.

I don't see how that's possible as I just spent several days trying to figure out how to setup openMPI on my cluster. Between setting up public key ssh authentication and torque servers, it was not trivial.
