Singular has something: 1) G-algebras: http://www.singular.uni-kl.de/Manual/latest/sing_420.htm#SEC461 1b) Super commutative algebras, which is an important special case of 1): http://www.singular.uni-kl.de/Manual/3-1-0/sing_424.htm 2) Letterplace algebra, which is experimental and to some extent implements free associative algebras: http://www.singular.uni-kl.de/Manual/3-1-0/sing_425.htm It is in Sage, in the sense that you can use the pexpect interface to Singular. It is not in Sage, in the sense that it is not wrapped as a C-library. But I think that people are working on it.
