Dear support

Holding symbolic expressions has been requested several times here.
For example [1]-][4]. Is there something new in this topic? Now or in
near future?

I tried to write class for working with determinants without
evaluating. The very rough experimental code is at [5] (Sage worksheet
is attached to PDF file). It is my first attempt in object
programming. However any criticism and constructive remarks (like
"this is a way which can be used" or "this will cause big troubles, do
it like this or that") are wellcomed.
