I noticed this today, for some mysterious reason integrate returns non
existing gamma_incomplete instead of gamma_inc, look at:
[gi...@raven3 ~]$ sage
----------------------------------------------------------------------

| Type notebook() for the GUI, and license() for information. |

sage: var('a,b,t')
(a, b, t)
sage: assume(0<a,a<1,b>0,t>0)
sage: integrate(x^(a-1)*exp(2*b*x), (x,0,t))
gamma(a)/((-1)^a*2^a*b^a) - gamma_incomplete(a, -2*b*t)/((-1)^a*2^a*b^a)
sage: gamma_incomplete?
