In sage if we use,
from sympy import *
f=Function("f")
x=Symbol('x')
eqn=diff(f(x),x)
things work fine.
However same thing with :
from sympy import *
from scipy import *
f=Function("f")
x=Symbol('x')
eqn=diff(f(x),x)
gives following stack trace:

IndexError: list assignment index out of range
Is it possible to use these two packages simultaneous ?
