Anybody is welcome to maintain a virtualbox machine of Sage, and I
would be happy to host it on the sagemath.org website.  I don't
personally have time maintain such a machine.

Obviously, a Cygwin windows port of Sage would be much better.  It's
too bad nobody is working on that at all either.
