Josh, I encountered this problem often so I became frustrated... My advice is to switch immediately to the VMplayer route and do not use Virtualbox anymore. (VMplayer has improved a lot) Look at the download page http://wiki.sagemath.org/DownloadAndInstallationGuide what to do, and follow the instructions at http://groups.google.com/group/sage-support/t/7e82f6dc7b4f5065 Before you switch, do NOT forget to download ALL your worksheet files first!
