Depending on how technical you are, the easiest way by far is to set
up a Sage server for them yourself, and then all they need on their
windows boxes is a web browser and a password.

I tried this, and I'm pretty techie, but found it was a huge hassle compared with just letting my students make an account on one of the SAGE servers online. I have a lot of other hardware/software/firmware/networking issues to deal with, this way I have one less headache!
