I can confirm this in 4.6.2.
sage: latex(1/2*I/Z)
\frac{\frac{1}{2} i}{2 \, Z}
Actually, this is already being tracked at
http://trac.sagemath.org/sage_trac/ticket/10679.
I'll add this simple example there. Apparently we are somehow
"distributing" the 2. Thanks for keeping it on the mind!
