They would need to know python, probably some javascript, and things like that. The coding isn't particularly difficult; a masters student should be able to handle it. The first thing to do would be to have them download the new Sage notebook and install it in their copy of Sage. See http://trac.sagemath.org/sage_trac/ticket/11080 for instructions on how to do this. If there is a student that is interested, definitely send them our way (probably sage-notebook is the best mailing list for this sort of thing).
