I'm currently attempting to create new users on my university's Sage server (sage.plymouth.edu). I've successfully done this in the past, but I am currently getting the following error message: "An error occurred rendering the requested page. More information is available in the server log." Any suggestions? A few notes: we are running Sage 4.7, I am an admin, but our IT department has control over the actual notebook server.
A related question: Once I get this fixed, is there a way to add users in bulk? Thanks.
