Hi I have ring R. My parameters are (k21,k46,k64,k56,k65,k34,k43) and my variables are (z2,z5,z6,z7,z1,z3,z4,x1,x2,x3). I have ideal J defined on R and generated by the following polynomials ideal J=z1-k21*x1^2*x2,z2-k46,z3-k64*x1,z4-k56,z5-k65*x2,z6-k34*x1,z7-k43*x3; How can I calculate deformed toric ideal for this ideal. any suggestion Thanks
