Now click on 
"README-virtualbox.txt<http://boxen.math.washington.edu/home/sagemath/sage-mirror/win/README-virtualbox.txt>"
 
and read it. Follow the directions in the link in README-virtualbox.txt 
(which includes downloading the file "sage-5.0.ova").
