To sagenb admins - apropos of which, are those ever going to be resolved, or should we assume that public worksheets on sagenb.org will be gone forever? This is just a point of information question, not a reproach - that sort of evil hacky spam is definitely to be avoided, so I understand the problem.
To my understanding, public worksheets on the current sagenb.org server are disabled indefinitely (mainly because of liability of hosting anonymous user content for public access, IIRC). You'll recall that UW shut down access to the sage cluster when some malware was discovered in published worksheets. It's a shame it had to come to that because of the abuse of William's generosity.
William may support some sort of public worksheets in his new system he's setting up. William: would that be a pay-for feature? Making that feature a pay feature seems like it would make publicly-hosted content a bit more accountable.
Another thing we could do is provide a wsconvert tool like the IPython nbconvert tool. It would take a .sws file and make a nice HTML page with a link to the original .sws file. That way it would be very easy to host html pages corresponding to your worksheets, even if you didn't want to make your Sage server public. See http://blog.fperez.org/2012/09/blogging-with-ipython-notebook.html for an example of using the IPython tool to blog to blogger.
