I guess the pidfile should be
/home/sage/s.sagenb/sagenb.pid,
/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\

I've filed a bug here: https://github.com/sagemath/sagenb/issues/116. Can anyone confirm this? I don't have a copy of 5.4.1 up yet.
