Considering that we are shipping a complete gcc install this is somewhat unsatisfactory...
Of course blame lies squarely on Apple's shoulders for not shipping headers, nor having any system for installing the platform-dependent headers, nor having *any* package-management system. Unless you think that directly barfing stuff into the filesystem is a good idea.
