Right. Bodhi should suit you well.

About distros - you could also potentially use any other distro and use a subversion version of enlightenment. Another alternative is to use the Plasma from KDE. But, in both these cases, (some of) the configuration would depend on you, whereas Bodhi comes a bit more pre-configured for tablet mode.
