That was actually my manual process :) I should probably write a python 
script to do my text transformations automatically.
Even so, the latex and graphs don't survive the process, which makes it 
harder for people to review.

I completely understand the security issues. It's a hard problem to solve.
I was just trying to ask if anyone had worked out a best alternative.

It sounds like pdf is it.
