After removing /home/rose/.sage the start of wine disappeard. But I still get endless: fixme:exec:SHELL_execute flags ignored: 0x00000100 Even if I kill sage, the terminal continues to show this message. I get it under xfce4-4.11.0 and gnome-3.12. Under gnome this issue seems to lock after some time the whole desktop.
