I think that the dot utility (from GraphViz) is able to do that. This tool is not inclued in sage I think (I have inclued it in sage only for myself at this time), but there is a way to produce a input file for dot, from a DiGraph. Probably you will have to convert it by hand into the dot language to do what you want.
