It is simply the consequence of upper or lower roundings regarding to 1 or
0. Here is my example.
0.1 = 0.00011001100110011001100110011001100110011001100110011*010*
[Sage value]
0.1 = 0.00011001100110011001100110011001100110011001100110011*1*
[upper rounding]
0.2 = 0.001100110011001100110011001100110011001100110011001101
0.1 + 0.2 = 0.010011001100110011001100110011001100110011001100110100
