Hi All, Great to see this group !! I am trying to get some insight into how the grobner basis of a certain ideal I would look like. I am looking at polynomials in K[x1,x2,x3] where say K is GF(2^d)
In particular, I want to see how the grobner basis of this ideal *I* looks like when the polynomials in the system recieve *arbitrary coeffiicients* from the field. Inorder to do this I am using distinct variables a1,a2,a3,a4,,.to denote the coefficeints separately. But this is not really what I want since I just want Sage to treat them as some constants in the field while computing the grobner basis. How can one achieve this ?
