Thanks for the answers :) I finally solved the problem, even if I'm not sure about what really happened. Opening the notebook() a second time, I got the following message:
The notebook files are stored in: sage_notebook.sagenb Another Sage Notebook server is running, PID 392. Opening web browser at http://localhost:8080/ ... This was quite weird because I didn't have this message the first time, and nothing was running with a PID 392 according to the list.
