Hello,
The simplest would be:
1. update your Sage version (sage-6.5 or sage-6.6)
2. Do in a console
$ sage -i cryptominisat
You can avoid step 1, but it would be better for you to be up to date
with last version. There is no need to download anything by yourself.
The above command takes care of it.
