Hello saad khalid,

Yes you are right...what you mainly misunderstood is what is "cloud
software"

Cloud was invented for people who lost data on their own laptops ... I am
not sure about the story of one man in airplane crash who lost all his
business files in the crashed disks and laptop...

The idea is your files are somewhere in a remote disk on a remote
computer...and you are granted acces anywhere anytime (anytime you can
browse Internet :-) ) ....and you can upload/download files...that's
all...You can manage files like you want on your(s) computer(s), but there
will not be automatic "sync" or "rsync' from local directory to cloudy
remote directory.

The "sync"...you do it yourself ...uplodading or downloading files when you
want.

Other software do, for example : git ...because it is a project
developpement tools...and network (nowadays Internet) is basic link between
devel staff.

I use terminal in SMC to customize my cloud projects...not for editing
worksheets.

Dominique
