There is a VM that I released last week that does this:

http://wstein.org/smc/vm/

I will be improving it this week for an upcoming Sage Days...

I've also posted (greatly simplified compared to before) instructions
for setting up a SageMathCloud cluster in the rethinkdb branch here:

https://github.com/sagemathinc/smc/blob/rethinkdb/INSTALL.md

Nobody has tested those instructions, so I wouldn't recommend trying
to follow them yet, unless you're very patient.
