it looks like you are using the sagemath package on fedora 22 and that you have hit upon this bug: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1258006 An update is available in "updates-testing" and can be installed by doing: $ sudo dnf --enablerepo=updates-testing update sagemath from a terminal.
