No. I tried the example, using different term orders (the OP uses lex, I also tried degrevlex), but it didn't finish within 15 minutes. So, I'd say that simply the problem is very difficult. On the other hand, the given polynomials have an easy form, in particular they are all binomials. So, it might work to use a special machinery for binomial ideals - I don't think that Singular has an optimisation for it.
