Sorry to be so verbose

Also I am getting the similar error for installing openblas-0.2.19.p0

../kernel/x86_64/dgemm_kernel_4x8_haswell.S:2353: Error: no such
instruction: `vpermpd $ 0xb1,%ymm0,%ymm0'

../kernel/x86_64/dgemm_kernel_4x8_haswell.S:2354: Error: no such

../kernel/x86_64/dgemm_kernel_4x8_haswell.S:2355: Error: no such

../kernel/x86_64/dgemm_kernel_4x8_haswell.S:2355: Error: no such
instruction: `vpermpd $ 0xb1,%ymm0,%ymm0'

../kernel/x86_64/dgemm_kernel_4x8_haswell.S:2356: Error: no such
instruction: `vpermpd $ 0xb1,%ymm0,%ymm0'

So seems to me sage has limitation on CPU only. Does anyone has info about
which X86_64 CPUS are

supported and which are not ?
