By the way, I noticed a much better rendering in equation, I wonder if it's because sagemanifold is integrated now ?

I like differential being written in latex better than with capital letters.

IMHO, this is a bug in the Jmol 3D viewer when used in a Jupyter notebook. I think I already faced this bug some time ago on a composite 3D plot. Notice that the new threejs viewer does not have this problem: with your example
G.show(viewer='threejs')
works well.
