This issue was fixed in 7.6.beta0. You can fix it on your affected machines without reinstalling by replacing the Three.js template file with this one:
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/sagemath/sage/7.6.beta0/src/ext/threejs/threejs_template.html The template is located under your Sage root directory in the folder local/share/sage/ext/threejs. Future updates to the template will generally require reinstallation, but this happens to be a simple fix.
