Dear all, I have succesfully installed sage-7.2-OSX_10.11.4-x86_64.app.dmg on my MacBook Pro 2010 with the operating system Mac OS X El Capitan, numbered 10.11.4. However, I would like, if possible, to have a newer version of Sagemath, such as 8.0. My question then is:
Does anyone know whether the installer sage-8.0-OSX_10.12.6-x86_64.app.dmg should work under El Capitan 10.11.4???
